  • Start with a mantra You need to find a mantra for yourself which is easy to remember and will help you to concentrate during the meditation. It is very important to follow the mantra as it will help you to connect with the universe.
  • Be relaxed When you are starting your meditation, you must be relaxed. If you are tensed and tense then it will be difficult for you to connect with your mind. So, try to be relaxed and calm before you start your meditation.
  • Follow your breath It is said that our mind is always active and there is no need of your mind to be active during meditation. So, the best way to practice TM is to follow your breath. Your mind will automatically fall into the deep sleep mode while you are concentrating on your breath.
  • Meditate for at least 15 minutes You can meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes but don’t do it for more than 20 minutes as it will not give you any benefits.
