Many people do not want to take the trouble to clean, and they prefer eating out and buying pre-packaged food. We all know the high cost of packaged food. But it is also true that many people do not eat enough fibre, and this leads to constipation, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. Our colon does not absorb as much water as it should do, and the result is that we tend to retain water in the body. This will dehydrate us and can lead to dehydration, and other health problems such as ulcers and cancer.
